Wastewater Recycling from Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry

The goal of the project is the design and pilot validation of the technological solution for wastewater reuse from fertilizer industry. The whole solution is divided into three parts: preparation of technological water, preparation of concentrate which is suitable for reuse in fertilizer companies and preparation of deionized water as feed water for steam boilers. Just the combination of three mentioned parts guarantees the integrated technology that enables the complex product recycling process.
All of the outputs of the project can be used by nitrogen fertilizers producers:
1. Complex technological solution of the recycling of the wastewater
2. Technological solution of the preparation of the technological water from the wastewater
3. Technological solution of the preparation of the concentrated water
4. Technological solution of the preparation of the deionized water that can be used as feed water for the steam boilers
